James Eugene (Lil Jimmy) Bailey Jr., was born on June 24, 1992 in St. Louis, Missouri to Charlene Graves and James Bailey Sr. Lil Jimmy grandparents Charles Allen and Shirley Graves, and a special Uncle Henry Allen preceded him in death.
Lil Jimmy was the oldest of five children: Rodnisha D. Griffin, Curtis L. Graves, Destiny L. Bell and Janay Bailey.
Lil Jimmy received his education at Job Corps.
Lil Jimmy was loved by so many, and will forever be remembered by his beautiful smile. He warmed the hearts of so many, that once you met him you could never forget him. He can make you laugh, and then make you cry. He was a character. He was so special to everybody; he was spoiled by so many. Everybody loves Lil Jimmy.
Lil Jimmy leaves to cherish his memories: a loving mother, Charlene Graves; his father, James Bailey Sr.; and his step-father, Curtis (Stoney) Brown; three sisters, Rodnisha Graves, Destiny L. Bell and Janay "Twiggs" Bailey; two special uncles; Demosthenes (Marty) Allen and Andre Graves; three special aunts, Devika Bates, Tanya and Nicole Bailey; his grandmother, BeLinda Bailey-Gastand; two very special friends Dominque and Sklie; a host of aunts, uncles, cousins and friends.
