Letitia Eileen Davies was born June 9, 1968 in East St. Louis, Illinois to parents: Doris and Leroy Davies. Letitia was a lively and mischievous child and was loved deeply by her family and friends.
She graduated from East St. Louis Senior High School in June 1986. She had a natural talent for fashion and beauty. She studied at and graduated from Academy of Beauty Culture in Bellville, Illinois. After achieving this goal, she enjoyed a lucrative career as a hair stylist.

She met many people and acquired many, many friends. She was a beautiful, strong woman. She was so funny; anyone who knows her knows this. She enjoyed a challenge and never allowed anyone or anything to slow her down, even after receiving her cancer diagnosis. Titia stood strong and declared battle with the disease, beating it twice. She was still strong and optimistic with the third reoccurrence. How brave she was, her beautiful, bright smile still evident even in her last days.

Letitia accepted Jesus Christ as her Lord and Savior at a very early age. She was a member of Hope Church in Bellefontaine, MO.

God called Letitia home to Heaven on October 13, 2009 after a brave, five years battle with breast cancer.

She is survived by her parents: Doris Davies and Leroy Davies, step mother: Jewel Serwick, siblings: Corliss Lavon Banks, Carla Diane Davies, and Nicole Yuette Davies, three nephews: Carnell, Corliss and Michael, one niece: India, one great niece: Winter, two godchildren: Armand and Breia, and a host of aunts, uncles, cousins, friends, and acquaintances.

Her grandparents Idella Banks and Edie Lee Ross preceded her in death.
